We want you to love your 12th Tribe finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of your delivery date. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Resolution
Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or receive a 12th Tribe E-Gift Card for the total value of your return.
Print and Pack
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your items in the original mailer or a similar protective bag.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy; your store credit will be issued once the return is processed at our warehouse.
